New look site, still Shopify backend so everything should be the same for accounts and checkout, pls feedback with issues or requests as we are tweaking! Clips player now improved, but still one record/page at time for now (ongoing development)

Records will either be "Landed" (in stock) or "Inbound" (confirmed arriving in next 7 days) so you can be confident with anything you order. Orders containing inbound records are shipped as one when they arrive. “Presales” are forthcoming releases and dates will be updated as we receive info . Its best to order those separately.

Yes, key releases are now being pre-sold so you know what’s coming up. We put a limited amount instock to order so you will be guaranteed a copy, we will not take presale orders unless we are sure that the stock is coming so order with confidence - that said things can happen at pressing plants and labels - but in the last few years we have only had 3 records where there was an issue. The main problem is delays and date changes beyond our control - so please order presales on their own, you can always add shipping on a later order.

This could mean it has just sold out, or its going to be limited so we might need to ration. This way we can sort out the regulars as we always do. If Inbound then its date not confirmed or we are taking no order pre-orders. Please email!

Yes, order using the "hold in store" zero postage option. This is the best and safest way to get the records held for you. (better than texting staff!) Then when you want to ship, drop us an email and add shipping on your last order. We will also offer free shipping for £100 worth.

Yes we have many regulars who build up a bag to ship end of the month etc..You can set this up and request on email or Instagram - Regulars pls ask, if you are a new customer then drop an order in first after which we can save.
