A faulty product can be exchanged for a replacement. Pls contact us at info@vinylunderground.co.uk with any problems on your order within 14 days of arrival.  We can arrange the return of your item so we can replace.  

Due to the organic way vinyl is manufactured there can be occasional pressing faults , warping and dished records - Most distributors will allow a certain percentage of minor warping so we have to allow this too.

When the needle skips out of the groove , pls double check your turntable set up and if possible test on another turntable before contacting us - skating issues are common.

Crosley type cheaper turntables - warning , these do not play all records / grooves - we will help customers but cannot pay for shipping to or from the customer in these cases.
