Is everything listed instock?

To start with records will either be "Landed" (in stock) or "Inbound" (confirmed arriving in next 1-5 days)  so you can be confident with anything you order. Orders containing inbound records are shipped as one when they arrive.   There is a few future inbound important items - see the presale point.

Can i build up an order to ship later?

Yes, order using the "hold in store" zero postage option. This is the best and safest way to get the records held for you. (better than texting staff!)  Then when you want to ship drop us an email and add shipping on your last order.  We will also offer free shipping for £100 worth.   sales@vinylunderground.co.uk

 

Do you buy records?

Yes. We buy whole collections, dj clearouts, ya mums vinyl.. All considered and offer great rates or even better shop credit - Sellers return again and again.  We also sell rarer items for customers to get the best value for them.

 

Can i save records on account?

Yes we have many regulars who build up a bag to ship end of the month etc..You can set this up and request on email or instagram - Pls request.

 

When is your physical shop open for callers?

Record i wanted says "pls email us"

This could mean it has just sold out ,or its expected and date is not totally confirmed , or its going to be limited so we might need to ration.  This way we can sort out the regulars as we always do.
