Freedom (String Dub)

CJP Band return with a tasty 7’.

Taking the foot off the gas, for one release at least, Freedom delivers two sides of blissed-out summer soul. Heavy drum breaks and the funkiest basslines of course, still come as standard with a sweet vocal from guitarist Geoff Lai.

On the flip side, those trademark CJP strings glide over a stripped-back instrumental version for the aptly named String Dub.

Perfectly timed for their We Out Here festival debut, playing in the Tomorrow's Warriors tent in 2026 after their debut 12” was a biggie for Gilles P and the festival in 2025
