Originally released in 2004, Because Of My Dream is a quietly overlooked gem from the early-2000s Dutch underground. Produced by Amsterdam DJ and producer Angelo D’Onorio, a longtime presence in the city’s club circuit, the record blends rolling proogy House rhythms with euro/trancey analog synth textures to create a deep, late-night atmosphere.

The release never reached the wider audience it deserved. Its patient grooves and dreamy progression reflect D’Onorio’s hardware-driven approach to production and the understated emotional pull of Dutch House from that era.

Two decades later, original copies are most wanted as it perfectly finds its place on modern dancefloors by the deep diggers out there.
