Underground Evolution and David Brown are both underground Chicago producers - featured on many cult 12” over the years this 1996 EP for Ugly, was ahead of its time.
"Walk On Water" a rising deep jazzed out journey with this amazing bassline , stood out as has similar keys to UR’s Galaxt 2 Galaxy cut, it didnt really breakthrough at the time (to our surprise as we loved it back then) But it has lasted and slowly become a bit of an underground standout.
"Soul Searcher" is equally good - Gherkin type vocal vibes and the dub - real house!
