Dubby deep proggy house from 1998 reissued, Here I Am’s Deep Dub has got that menacing sound. Flip for the original deep house mixes.

Lexicon Avenue, the Newcastle trio of Scott Bradford, Chris Scott and Mark Armstrong, were tied to Bradford's seminal Shindig club night, which he founded in 1992. In 1997 they launched Forensic Records, and this deep house cut was its first release. It made its way onto Deep Dish's Yoshiesque and into the boxes of top dogs like Terry Francis and Laurent Garnier, who clearly all knew a monster when they heard one. Endell Street's new remaster brings back the glassy chords, patient groove and simmering late-night glow.
