“Unlike other remixes where we usually replace most of theelements and make something radically different basedaround the vocal, we made this remix using only the partswe found on the original multitrack that we were so kindlygiven by the Sylvester estate. Even though we have playedthis song a million times, we discovered a few elementsthat we had never heard before, like a crazy Patrick Cowleysynth solo and somewhere hidden before the start of themultitrack, the ending of what sounds like a gospel versionof 'Mighty Real’. It was a huge privilege to be asked toremix this seminal track and we hope that Sylvester willdance to it, wherever he is” Soulwax.
